Formed in 1994 after Batman, Filth, Hotfoot, Sword and John Simms attended the March Hare Rally, they decided they could also run a rally if there was a club in South Canterbury.
So November 1994 was the first Magpie Madness Rally held at the Winchester Domain. But it wasn't all that easy to get there with the inaugural meeting to form a club in early 1994.
The club has a membership which has now grown to 67, with members traveling in from as far away as Blenheim, the West Coast to as far south as Alexander.
Our Road Captain Russ, organizes the monthly rides, while Rowdy, the Road Runner organizes an annual events which include Poker Run, a mid winter meet with the Moto Guzzie lads from Malbrough at the annual Staging Post run.
TTAG members also attend various rides and rallies organized by other clubs through out the South Island as well as we hold various social events catering for all our family members.
To become a member, submit an application after attending three club events.
